Sylgard HVIC+ improves on the original RTV coating to provide the best combination of wet electrical performance, tracking resistance, and durability that will assure utility engineers years of reliable operation.

New Sylgard HVIC+ offers:

Glass, porcelain and composite insulators, and where improved surface dielectric properties are needed.Line and station insulators, as well as bushings, instrument transformers and related devices.Bucket truck booms to increase their surface resistance.Other applications requiring arc resistance, such as barrier boards used in switch gear and in large motors.
